I purchased the starter bonsai kit for my husband for our 5 year wedding anniversary and it was stolen from our doorstep when it was delivered. Fair pricing , easy delivery , healthy tree !

This tree was so well packaged that it took me at least 15 minutes to unpack it. I kind of freaked out when within a couple of days, I had major leaf drop. But after reading the leaflet that Lorraine included, my fears were allayed and sure enough, my plant is now thriving and have new leaves forming. I’ve purchased several plants from Lorraine in the past and they’ve all been really healthy, free of pests and are still alive even though I do not have a green thumb. Shipping was super fast and Lorraine is a joy to deal with.

It was packed very well and it is doing very good and it is a nice looking tree.

I recently ordered and received a Juniper Bonsai. Although there was a short initial delay, the staff were extremely responsive and helpful. The tree was exceptionally well packed and arrived in great condition. My tree is very healthy and better trained and fuller than the pics on the webpage. I highly recommend this company

Purchased a styled Chinese Privet. Arrived in excellent shape healthy no leaf drop. Pot was broken, but I think it was the delivery guy. No matter I had a pot ready. This is a reputable dealer and I will order another Bonsai from them. very happy to have this species in my collection. Thanks again Alf
