Great service. Ordered for a Christmas gift. Unknowingly that there were specific shipping requirements. Customer service explained timelines of expected delivery frequently. Product quality was excellent!
My tree arrived with most of the leaves dried up but I think thay is mostly from UPS delaying the arrival of my package for 6 days once it was already on route. I emailed my concerns with the plant to Zen Garden and Bonsai and they replied quickly with instructions on how to care for my tree to get it healthy again. The packaging was very well done and each tree came with details on the type of tree as well as instructions on unpacking, how to contact in case of unhealthy trees and how to water and care for them! Overall I am impressed with the effort put in by Zen Garden and Bonsai and pleased with the beautiful trees, I will be recommending them to my friends and will continue to give them my business in the future!!

The bonsai tree I've got has been delivered in a perfect condition and looks absolutely gorgeous. The customer service politely provided all the the information I requested, very professional and friendly.
