Ordered in January but because of extreme cold the bonsai was held until the weather finally improved.

Focus Oriental is beautiful tree with small green leafs with roots above the soil. When arrived it was really full of leaves but transportation made leaves partly fall of, it will come back in the spring

I ordered a bonsai this Christmas. It came at a reasonable speed in delivery and the tree was totally intact. However the pot was broken from deliver… I sent zen bonsai a email and they responded within minutes and that very same day sent me a new pot! I am super happy with my experience and very thankful I used zen bonsai!
I went the store’s suggestion and received the Chinese Elm. It looks a little worse for wear but I guess it’s in a winter stage. We shall see? I’m excited to see it grow.
