Zen Garden and Bonsai was very helpful and provided guidance with my inquiries prior to purchase. A lot of care went into packaging the package to ensure a safe delivery. The bonsai arrived safely and is doing very well. It is a beautiful bonsai - I would definitely consider ordering again!
