Shipping policy

The times shown on the shipping prices are transit times only. We endeavour to ship to our customers at the earliest possible opportunity however we do need time to prepare trees for shipping.  This can take up to a week. 

If you have a required delivery date ( IE Birthday) please add this information to the comments/notes on the order page.

Our trees are tropical and subtropical and as such the Canadian winters can present delays in shipping which vary depending on the tree type, the weather, the destination and the method of transport. For Example: any tree destined to travel to or through the Prairies once temperatures hit freezing cannot travel by truck but might be shipped by air
