My tree arrived with most of the leaves dried up but I think thay is mostly from UPS delaying the arrival of my package for 6 days once it was already on route. I emailed my concerns with the plant to Zen Garden and Bonsai and they replied quickly with instructions on how to care for my tree to get it healthy again. The packaging was very well done and each tree came with details on the type of tree as well as instructions on unpacking, how to contact in case of unhealthy trees and how to water and care for them! Overall I am impressed with the effort put in by Zen Garden and Bonsai and pleased with the beautiful trees, I will be recommending them to my friends and will continue to give them my business in the future!!

The beautiful bonsai was as expected. Very thoroughly and securely packed for its trip across the country. Thankfully the care taken in packaging saved the tree, soil, and beautiful pot from some rough handling and an extra couple of days in transit.

A beautiful little tree, gorgeously styled. Packing was impeccable as always! It's been 2 weeks now and the tree is full of fresh bright green leaves, can't wait to see how it does outside this summer!
