We ordered 2 Bonsai for Christmas. They arrived on time in excellent condition. My only issue was with the delivery company who put the box on it's side despite all the labels showing which way the box should stand at all times. Luckily I was at the door moments after delivery. The packaging was awesome so the trees did not get damaged.
