This tree was so well packaged that it took me at least 15 minutes to unpack it. I kind of freaked out when within a couple of days, I had major leaf drop. But after reading the leaflet that Lorraine included, my fears were allayed and sure enough, my plant is now thriving and have new leaves forming. I’ve purchased several plants from Lorraine in the past and they’ve all been really healthy, free of pests and are still alive even though I do not have a green thumb. Shipping was super fast and Lorraine is a joy to deal with.
