From ordering, packing, delivering and everything that goes with it. This has been one of the greatest shopping experiences. So much care, attention to detail and going above and beyond like nothing I’ve seen before. If all shopping experiences were like this, everyone would be a lot happier. I couldn’t recommend ordering from this company any harder. Amazing.

I’ve bought many bonsais from here and I have not had a problem and gave 5 star reviews. This time I got 2 for Christmas presents and one of them started losing all its leaves and the leaves turned spotty. I emailed for support and received nothing back and had to get another bonsai from a different place.

We are super happy with the Bonsai. It travelled 12 hours to get to us and showed up completely unscathed. Very happy! Plan to purchase from them again in the future.
