I ordered a bonsai this Christmas. It came at a reasonable speed in delivery and the tree was totally intact. However the pot was broken from deliver… I sent zen bonsai a email and they responded within minutes and that very same day sent me a new pot! I am super happy with my experience and very thankful I used zen bonsai!
I went the store’s suggestion and received the Chinese Elm. It looks a little worse for wear but I guess it’s in a winter stage. We shall see? I’m excited to see it grow.

i have a suggestion for your business i have problem with the delivery purolator did a good job in ontario but in quebec not you should make sticker from your business and but on the delivery box ex( bonsai inside ship quickly to the owner ) i lose a day to find where my bonsai if didn find I think he would have died. purolator didn respect the delivery The bonsai was well packaged and came with a very good pot. very happy with my purchase thanks and have a good day
