Fig species which is native to South and South-East Asia. This Evergreen|n|tree is particularly good for bonsai training as they produce sturdy|n|trunks, a nicely branching shape and shiny leaves. Best to trim in early|n|summer as the leaves that subsequently grow will be smaller than the|n|ones removed. Ours is trained in the traditional upright broom style. Great for|n|indoors year-round, the brighter the location, the more compact the|n|growth.
