Shipping Policy

US 

Our trees are shipped by UPS  and / or FedEx ground and will arrive within 5-10 business days of your payment - usually sooner. They are living and fragile and all require special handling.   

SPECIAL SHIPPING

 Some trees, because of their size and value require SPECIAL SHIPPING, which generally means they need special packing materials and may also require shipment by air.  Please contact us if you're interested in these trees and we'll quote you a cost. 

CANADA

  The weights shown for Canadian Bonsais are not the actual weight of the tree.  They are our best estimate of the "Dimensional Weight" ( based on the box size for shipping) Transit times for Canada at 5-10 Business Days. Should you feel that the shipping cost is excessive, please contact us and we will double check it for accuracy.

US & CANADA 

We generally ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent trees from sitting in transit over a weekend.  Orders received on Mondays or Tuesday will generally not ship until the following week. 

During the winter months, there may be shipping delays - We cannot put a tropical or sub tropical tree in a truck for 3 days when the temperature is too low. Some of our outdoor trees need to be held in a dormant condition and cannot be shipped in the winter. We will inform you promptly if there is any shipping delay and offer you options including to accept delivery when the conditions are safe, to change trees or to claim a full and immediate refund.
