Ficus Microcarpa "Tiger Bark" in a 10" pot
This is a nice sized ficus bonsai tree - between 14-17 inches tall in a ceramic bonsai pot. It will make an affordable, but still quite impressive gift and it's also a great size to bring into your own homw. Ficus are easy to look after, not too picky about their light and more forgiving about their watering than other bonsai. Ficus microcarpa might be the hardiest of the fig bonsai trees, but they won't survive a frost so must be kept indoors as the weather cools. It gets the name Tiger Bark fig from the distinctive flecks in the mature bark. Glossy leaves. Evergreen . 10-12 years old Please note - You will not receive the exact tree in this picture.
