As of December 17/09 we can no longer guarantee that your order will arrive by Christmas.  Winter weather has now set in through much of the US and Canada and we are also now experiencing shipping delays.  It's too cold to guarantee the safe arrival of tender bonsai.  If you're not certain how hardy your tree is, please call and we'll check for you.
