Ficus Nerifolia
This is still a pretty young tree but it is going to be an incredible bonsai with age. Lovely elongated leads and a distinctive shape it will make a great birthday or anniversary gift idea and is still easy care. Like the rest of the figs it might temporarily drop its leaves if stressed -but they will come back The ficus nerifolia is also known as the Mexican or Willow Leafed Fig Keep soil evenly moist. Water it by submerging. Moderate to high light. Fertilize it monthly with general fertilizer. Recommended temperature 65 degrees F and up. 18 inches tall and 14 inches wide Another favorite bonsai is the Pomegranate (punica granatum) Or you could look at a different indoor bonsai As of December 17/09 we can no longer guarantee that your order will arrive by Christmas.
