CHINESE JUNIPER ‘GREEN MOUND’ (juniperus procumbens ‘greenmound’). The juniper, which is commonly trained into a bonsai, is a shrub often found in mountains about 3,000 feet above sea level. The Juniper is an easy to grow outdoor Japanese bonsai tree (even though this is a chinese juniper) It makes a wonderful wedding, housewarming or birthday gift to be treasured for years. Long lived and forgiving.. Follow instructions for outdoor bonsai---DO NOT bring it in the house for more than a couple hours a month.
